Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout Norway. International shipping is not available yet.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your selected delivery method.
Can I return my order?
Please contact us at hei@anokhi.no before sending your return. We’ll provide you with the information you need to return your order.
Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or you have received the wrong item.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us at hei@anokhi.no as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll help you resolve the issue.
Will sold-out items come back?
Some pieces may be restocked, while others are available in limited quantities. Follow us on Instagram or sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about restocks and new drops.
